It’s crucial to ensure top talent chooses your company by creating brand awareness and candidate experience. Shortlisters content manager allows you to create a personalised candidate journey, that from start to finish will give candidates a window into your organisation.
What is it?
With this feature, you can upload pre-recorded videos directly into your jobs, have a database of all of your content and really showcase the company to potential hires.
How do I use it?
To use the feature firstly navigate to the content tab in your Shortlister account
From here you can start uploading your pre-recorded videos into your Shortlister content base, allowing you to select with videos you’d like to show in your job. Depending on the size of the video, the upload could take up to 10 minutes.
You can also edit the name of the video by double clicking on the video name itself.
Now you’ve uploaded your videos, you can select and use these for your interview welcome video, introduction video and interview questions. Simply navigate into the job and hover over the video template, click the "select video" button and select the relevant video.
