Shortlister creates a number of email notifications that you can receive directly to your inbox. By default, we email you when a reviewer rates an applicant and when a candidate completes their interview, however when you have a high number of candidates completing their interviews you may not want to receive these emails. You can manage this from your very own account within Shortlister.
Step by Step Guide
Simply navigate to your account settings and once you are in navigate towards the email settings option where you will notice the various different options along with checkboxes.
To enable the email notifications simply select the checkbox, when the box is checked then emails are enabled and will be sent out to the email address associated with your account. If you find it’s getting a bit too overwhelming you can repeat the process and simply uncheck the box or boxes and once you're done hit the "apply changes" button.
