Step by Step Guide
Simply select ‘create new interview’ and start from scratch.
You can add any of the information on this interview details page making sure it is relevant to this new opening as well as choosing the rating style. Once you're done hit the "add questions" button.
This is where you now select on ‘Add a question’ and you will be prompted to fill in your own interview questions, adjusting the thinking time, answering time, adding any videos and adding a rating guideline for your reviewers. We recommend asking between 5-7 interview questions.
At the top of the list, you have the option to select a ‘Motivational’ question. Motivational questions are key to asses to uncover whether the interviewee's match both the requirements of the role and culture of the organisation.
To move onto the next stage, select the ‘review panel’ to add anyone who is going to be involved in reviewing interviewees for this role. More on this here
Now we move onto emails. You can personalise the email content, select who the email comes from to truly have a branded end-to-end journey.
Any new videos you wish to add to the process and finally moving onto the summary page.
You may also share the interview questions with your colleagues or hiring managers for approval by selecting the ‘preview button’ – more on this here
Next step is to publish the job and invite interviewees – more on this here
