Shortlister’s Interview Expert allows you to create question sets intelligently.
Step by Step Guide
Simply select on ‘create new interview’ and start from scratch.
As you will be using the Interview Expert it is required for you to enter a function and role level to determine the best interview questions.
You can add any of the information on this interview details page making sure it is relevant to this new opening. Once you're done hit the "add questions" button.
This is where you now select on Interview Expert for us to intelligently supply you with the best competencies/strengths to help you increase certainty in your shortlists.
Our recommended competencies/strengths are now on screen if you wish to change a competency simply select the edit button and select a new competency. Now select ‘Generate Questions’ and let our smart and slick Interview Builder do the work!
At the top of the list, you have the option to select a ‘Motivational’ question. Motivational questions are key to asses to uncover whether the interviewee's match both the requirements of the role and culture of the organisation.
As you can see each question is accompanied by a video to enhance the interviewee's experience – You can opt to upload your own video… more on uploading content here
You may also wish to add your own interview questions by selecting ‘add a question’.
To move onto the next stage, select the ‘review panel’ to add anyone who is going to be involved in reviewing interviewees for this role - more on this here
Now we move onto emails. You can personalise the email content, select who the email comes from to truly have a branded end-to-end journey.
Any new videos you wish to add to the process and finally moving onto the summary page.
