When adding interviewees to the platform you may wish to choose to add interviewees individually.
Inviting interviewees is a two-step process, we first need to add them to the platform, then once they have been added we need to invite them.
Step by Step Guide
Firstly, navigate to the relevant interview and select on 'add new'
The next step is to populate the fields, attaching their CV if you wish to do so and select 'add'.
Now the interviewee has been added we need to go ahead an invite them - as per their status, the interviewee has not yet been invited. Simply select the 'Invite' button to invite the interviewee.
Here you will be able to preview them an email that is sent to the interviewee - once you're ready hit the 'invite' button and the interviewee will immediately receive their invitation email.
Now the interviewee's status has changed to 'invited' and you can view their deadline date under the 'deadline' header.
