When adding interviewees to the platform you may wish to choose to add interviewees individually. However, we have also enabled you to add interviewees to the platform in bulk which can save you a significant amount of time if you have more than 5 interviewees to invite. 

Inviting interviewees is a three-step process, we first need to compile them in excel or csv file, add them to the platform, then once they have been added we need to invite them.

Step by Step Guide

Open up a spreadsheet and list the interviews like in the below image. Each column should be as follows: first name, last name, email, mobile number (if applicable). 

Select the 'bulk add' button and simply copy and paste the interviewees from a spreadsheet. Columns in the spreadsheet should be as follows: first name, surname, email address, mobile number.

Shortlister has organised all the data for you, all there is left to do now is give each column the correct field name. Once you're done select on 'add'

All the interviewees have been added to the platform, however, they have not yet been invited. Now you can either invite the interviewees one-by-one by selecting the 'invite' button next to each interviewee. Alternately, you can invite them all in one go by selecting the 'invite all' button. 

 Here you will be able to preview the email that is sent to the interviewees - once you're ready hit the 'invite' button and the interviewees will immediately receive their invitation email.

Now the interviewees' status has changed to 'awaiting response' and you can view their deadline date under the 'deadline' header.
