If you want to attract more interest in the role and have interviewees put themselves forward to the interview you may simply post the interview public URL to the job advert and interviewees will be able to invite themselves to the platform to pitch themselves to your organisation. 

You can do this by selecting the 'get link' button as shown below and copy the interview URL to share.
