Shortlister gives you the capability to provide a feedback report to your interviewees using our matrix reviewing tool.
Simply select on ‘create new interview’ and ‘start from scratch’.
You can add any of the information on this interview details page making sure it is relevant to this role.
If you’d like to provide interviewees with the capability to watch their answers, evaluate them against criteria you provide, and then retake questions until they are satisfied, please enable the ‘self-review’ option.
Now it’s important to ensure the ‘Review Setup’ is changed to ‘Matrix’. Once you're done hit the 'add questions' button.
You will be prompted to enter your own interview questions, adjusting the thinking time, answering time, adding any videos to enhance the experience (more on video’s here).
As you are using the ‘matrix’ option, it’s vital to select a competency from the list provided. This ensures that the feedback rubric is populated with the relevant criteria once you are reviewing interviewees.
If you enabled the ‘self-review’ option when creating the interview, you will be prompted to enter the criteria on a question level. Select ‘edit self-review’ and input criteria.
Add the guidance to support interviewees as well as a checklist to ensure they have covered the points you provide them with.
Repeat the process for the next interview question. We recommend asking between 5-7 interview questions.
You can now simply navigate to the ‘videos’ tab, to make any edits you wish to before finally moving onto the summary page.
The next step is to publish the interview.
Here’s an article on how to review using the matrix functionality.
